I have always had a passion for history, museums and travel.  I mean, what better way can you learn about your country, or the world, than by traveling and seeing things for yourself?  We went on some great family trips as a kid and I have great memories of my parents, who are now gone, and my siblings from these trips.  I wanted to build good memories with my kids and now with my grandkids!  I still think one of the best ways to do that is by going on little adventures together, whether they are around the world, or staycations in your own backyard!
