One of our favorite seasonal activities is to go to Walter's Pumpkin Patch in Burns. It's more than just a pumpkin patch though. We also having enjoy tanking, sliding on big slides, taking a train ride, going down big slides, going through a corn maze, swinging on a bagged rope, having little duck races, and much, much more!
Tanking is pretty simple....get in a tank on the water and paddle!
Our little grandson enjoys going all the way down this big slide!
The slide takes a lot longer to go up all the levels of netting and platforms. It's much more fun to come down!
There is a large gunny sack tied on a rope. Most of my grandkids jumped on the bag and swung out over the little river, with their Mom watching close by.
The train chugs by as my family is having a little duck race on the water tubes.
There are piled up hay bales to climb on, big puffy "pillows" to jump on, grain to play in, tube slides to go down and there will soon be some new things.
You can go into the big pumpkin! There are also buildings set up like an old town that you can go in.
This is a cute place to take photos at the end of the day. This is my daughter's family.
Walter's Pumpkin Patch is such a fun place to go, for all ages. They have things available to do every season, but we have only been there in the fall. According to their website, they will have some new things coming soon:

Pig Racers - Little Pig, Little Pig, let me win! Have fun sitting on and racing pigs while Big Bad Wolf is watching above.
Zipline - Zip your way to fun while having fun at Walters. The original zipline had to be discontinued during Covid, but a new one will be back in 2024.
Carnival Games - New in 2024 is our football and baseball throw, basketball toss and Conk the Crow carnival games.
Jacks House - Ride the wagon over to Jack’s house to create a craft supervised by the Pumpkin Princess.
Singing Tractor - New in 2024 is our singing tractor. Sing and Dance along with our little John Deere.
Wall Ball - We’re adding 2 new wall ball boards for a set of 4 to keep you entertained in 2024.
Giant Corn Hole - Can you shoot the pillow through the hole?
Daryl the Dragon - Climb, play, and take pictures with Daryl!
Our family will definitely be going back to Walter's Pumpkin Patch again in the fall!
